Udhavum Ullangal Public charitable Trust UUPCT Crosses a Milestone Journey with the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of Nellai Cancer Hospital. On March 5th 2024, Udhavum Ullangal Public Charitable Trust and Nellai Cancer Care Centre announced a momentous occasion with the Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of Nellai Cancer Hospital. This event marks a significant and transformative step towards bridging the cancer care gap in Tirunelveli and strengthening the healthcare infrastructure in the region.
The grand event saw both the traditional Bhoomi Puja ceremony, in the morning, followed by a formal event at the hospital site, in Sengulam, in the presence of Chief Guest Dr. Karthikeyan I.A.S, District Collector, Tirunelveli, eminent personalities including NCH advisor T S Krishnamurthy, Former Chief Election Commissioner of India, S Ramakrishnan, Founder, Amar Seva Sangam, Dr Rajagopal, Chairman, Pallium India and other community leaders, donors, advisors and distinguished guests.

It’s all about Celebrating Women and Women Power this month! UUPCT is ready to welcome a fresh batch of students for our new Skill Development programme, across all four branches.
Starting from today – 8th March 2024 -our centres will teach computer skills, tailoring, Aari work and beautician courses for women looking to learn new skills or strengthen their existing skill set.

Skill Building
Getting ready to launch or strengthen one’s career requires a lot of guidance and support from experts. That’s where we step in. UUPCT’s mentoring programmes for students, conducted by leading corporates, covers a number of vital elements such as resume creation, using AI tools, navigating job searches, researching jobs, and preparing for interviews. Our mentors discuss everything under this umbrella, including preparing LinkedIn profiles, conducting mock interviews and more.
For us it’s all about building the path for success for our students.
